What do we do if the batteries die while renting Mini Motors vehicles?
No worries! We provide a couple of extra batteries for quick swap outs, as well as battery chargers. For safety, ensure the product is turned off before charging.
How much space do I need?
A flat, open area such as a driveway, backyard, sidewalk, or park space works great. We’ll review your space with you when you book to make sure it’s a good fit. Grass is possible but will significantly slow your vehicles.
Where do people typically host kids’ electric ride-on vehicle events?
Vehicles work great in cul-de-sacs, driveways, backyards, parking lots, parks, community centers, indoor gyms, and halls.
What if we need to cancel?
Mini Motors allows order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team for assistance.
